looking forward

What are you looking forward to?

The weekend's just ahead.

What are you looking at past that?

What hopes rush through your head?

Marriage, children, job, retire,

trips, a home and cars

Times with friends and time alone...

and then we just expire???

But look beyond...way beyond

The things that fill hope's cup

And find yourself with dreams that lead

to a forever up!

Psalm 16:11
