Galatians 6:1...Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be tempted. 2 Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.

Perhaps there is an antidote to stumbling locked in the passage above. It is difficult to "keep a watch on yourself". It is hard to be watchful over our own behavior...our own thoughts and our early inclinations to succumb to temptation. But if our focus is outward and on the needs and cares of others...perhaps we are less likely to fall.
