A Vision of Heaven

It is encouraging to realize that one day we will be a part of a glorious place called heaven. When Jesus was first getting acquainted with the disciples he said to Nathanael (John 1:51) "I tell you the truth, you shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending on the Son of Man." In our day to day life we can lose sight of the wonderful, eternal dimension of life that we have just begun to sample here. Nathanael had just come to Jesus and realized He was the Lord and Jesus immediately lifted his signts to heaven. It is good for all of us who have believed in Christ to be reminded that the glories of heaven lie just ahead!
