When I come to the quiet pond of the morning and I allow all my thoughts to grow still and I am absolutely alone...then I realize that I am not alone. There is One who is always with me and His presence becomes the greater reality when mine fades to the background. The heron of the picture today stands alone, but his reflection answers him as long as he stands at the water's edge and allows the sun to wash over him.
Never alone!
John 14:16 And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever— 17 the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.
blessings,
Rob Smith
