The outer world appears most real...

Of sights and sounds and hustle,

But we live on the other side,

where thoughts and cares like muscle

make fears and dreams and worries pulse

like wind through stormy skies.

We think that it's the outer world that matters most

and proves us...

But secretly we know the truth:

That life is on the inside.

And where we feel and where we learn

And where we hide and where we turn

And where the truth looks to find

us looking for the meaning...

For each of us has inner worth

Unique and precious treasure

Inside is where He finds us looking

up to Him for ever...

and ever.

Ephesians 3:¹⁶ that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man
